Seasonal Affective Disorder also referred to as S.A.D. affects thousands and is characterized as a form of depression that coincides with the holidays, although it’s not necessarily exclusive to this time of year.
In today’s episode, we speak to Rhonda Ramirez, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based out of Central Texas. She provides tips to help understand the symptoms along with methods that can help ease the onset of SAD and hopefully allow us to become better people.
We’d love to hear from you!
