The 5AM Club focuses on waking up early to start and own your morning. It's written in a story-form style which centers around the plight of an "Entrepreneur", an "Artist", a "Billionaire" and a man they refer to as the "Spell-binder". I recommend it because many of the principals fall in line with what we're going to focus on in the Better People Podcast.

If there was a take-away from today's show, it's this. Wake-up early and start journaling. If you read "The 5AM Club" it's recommended to start your morning with exercise. I happen to agree and it's something I'm working to focus on. Baby steps.
